Aloha from your “first returning guests” at your amazing condo in Maui! As you know, it was in May of last year (2008) that my husband and I visited Maui for the first time and stayed at your condo as the first guests since your initial purchase. We had such a wonderful time that when we returned home; we couldn’t wait to tell our teenage children about our wonderful adventures in Maui and the fantastic accommodations at Kihei Garden Estates. Well, our daughter, who was about to graduate from high school, became very excited and begged us to take her to Maui (and your condo) as a graduation present! It was a tall order to fill, but knowing we would have safe, comfortable, clean and affordable accommodations, not to mention a great location, we made it work. So, in June/July of 2009, we once again visited your condo in Kihei, Maui; this time, however, as 4 guests! The kids loved everything about the condo, especially the pool, and all that Maui has to offer! Thank you for helping make my daughter’s dream grad gift come true! I know she will always treasure the memories and she says that she is trying to save enough money to return again (or “buy your condo from you” – ha ha). You truly have a little piece of Paradise in Maui and we cannot stop talking about all the amazing features of your condo as well as the wonderful adventures we experienced as a family. Thank you.

I discovered a beautiful piece of Maui paradise staying at Trevor and Daynna's condo. Located in Kihei, it was very central. A block away from the beach, which my sister and I named Namaste' Beach, we enjoyed our morning coffee and a little yoga as well as the most amazing sunsets.

The condo was comfortable and we enjoyed the lanai each evening as the trade winds cooled the evening air. It was great to have a washer/ dryer right in the suite, we all appreciated that home comfort as well as all the detailed little things Trevor and Daynna have taken care of to make their condo most comfortable for a home away from home. There were 4 of us staying in the condo, we never felt crowded or any inconvenience.

The pool was a nice addition to our holiday when we just wanted a dip to cool off, and the BBQ provided a few yummy dinners, one being the Mahi Mahi I caught on the fishing trip we went on there.

We met some wonderful people there at the condos as well, everyone was very friendly!

My time there was such a blessing to me, & my family.

I have been left with beautiful memories and I am definitely going back to create more.

We had an absolutely fantastic time! We left a note on your condo bulletin board thanking you for helping us have a wonderful "second honeymoon". Our praises for your condo (and Maui itself) are endless. I would go again in an instant! Your condo was lovely and we are seriously considering going back next year with our kids this time. We loved that your condo was in a quiet area; it felt very family oriented. You have done a wonderful job updating the condo and it was a perfect fit for us. I wouldn't suggest changing a thing. The ceiling fans were not only beautiful but also very useful as we had them going all the time. You certainly did think of every detail, right down to the wine and margarita glasses! Loved that the fridge had an icemaker! Awesome! We met Lucy, whom we'd love to adopt. What a beautiful, warm soul!

Anyway, I am your "word of mouth" advertising and my excitement is catching on.......sooooo many people have shown an interest and are looking at your website. Feel free to use me as a reference if you'd like, but I don't think you will need it, based on the bookings you already have!

Hi Trevor and Daynna:

We can't think of anything we needed because everything was available for us. You have taken care of all the details, even having a little cooler to use when we wanted to pack some snacks and drinks with us on our day trips. We liked having the washer/dryer in the unit.

We felt very comfortable at your place, almost like home. Your place will look top-notch with the granite counter top and bathroom renovations.

Just wanted to thank you for the use of your lovely condo. We had so much fun in Maui! The condo was so nice and had everything we needed! Even beach toys for my 4-year-old Samantha! We loved sitting on the deck with a drink and the kids played on the grass! The pool was great -- a little cold but nice once you were in it!

We loved Kihei and the condo's location was great! Lots to do around. Lovely community! The people were so friendly and nice to tourists.

We were sad to go but knew we would be back.
